I have been going here for 8 years and don’t plan on going back. The change in ownership resulted in negative developments. They are understaffed, there is only one person left from the previous ownership (Diane), who does a great job, and tipping is cash only (who carries cash anymore). The past 2 years I have not felt welcomed. It’s almost like they were mad at me for some reason. I have been scolded for complaining about the water temp, requested a repair of a nail that had been broken (twice), among other things. The straw that broke the camels back is when I complained that the water was too hot, was told it was not, and when I attempted to stir the water with my foot to cool it off, she grabbed my ankle tightly and held on for a little too long and a little to hard. There are a multitude of other issues, but don’t want to spend any more energy on this establishment.

Great service and my nails look great EVERY TIME!! I’ve been going to see Emmi for a dip manicure for almost a year and I am very satisfied. She knows what she is doing and cares about healthy nails. And the spa pedicures by Diane melt away all the cares of the world and leave beautiful toes to walk away with. The massage and spa treatments offered are top-notch in this hidden gem. Be sure to schedule an appointment to make sure you can get in!

It was okay. I got a pedicure, but recently stubbed my toe causing some nail to look a little “off”. The nail tech called Amy over to look and they seemed to have made fun of it. Nobody explained what was happening, just looked, chatted, laughed and moved on. It was pretty embarrassing. The place doesn’t allow you to tip on credit card transactions, cash only. I didn’t want to be a jerk and not tip, so I used the “conveniently” placed ATM in the salon to pay for the transaction in cash. (Why does a nail salon have an ATM)

Best nail salon around!!! Nina and the family are always professional and extremely nice. This is also the best price and job done around town. You will not be disappointed just make sure to set an appointment as they are always busy (always a good sign in a business)!
