I’ve never had a manicure completed in 5 min. My nails needed a manicure after not having one for 3weeks. I came here expecting to get the cuticles cleaned, nailed filed and of course getting a nice color. After she had me wash my hands, I did some cleaning on my own. Didn’t bother to double check her work. Her nail polish application was awful. Don’t come here expecting quality service. I took pictures after I was done crying. I don’t mind spending money on my nails and tipping for great work and great service, BUT this place is far from that. Lady looked and came off bothered when I asked for a REG MANICURE and REGULAR NAIL POLISH. Good luck to anyone that comes here.

Never again. My sister and I wanted to try a new salon so we saw the reviews and tried sassy nails. Our pedicures lasted 10 minutes and hardly did anything but paint our toes, my Fill on my acrylics are lumpy and crooked, my sister got dip polish and one chipped off the next day, and then they have an attitude when she went back to have it fixed. And they were out of a lot of colors they said they had. Definitely not worth 70+ dollars apiece. Save yourself and find any other salon.

When I entered the salon I was not greeted. One technician looked at me and continued working without acknowledgment. I had to approach the technician to tell her what services I wanted. She told me to come back an hour & a half later due to other appointments. When I returned I once again was looked over and not greeted. It wasn’t until they called all the other clients back that I spoke up. She said because she gave me a time it doesn’t secure my spot; I still had the wait. That would of been fine if they communicated that when I walked in. However, the aloof nature of the staff really put me off. I got the feeling this is a place for local regulars. It was pretty disappointing. Customer service 0/10.

I got my nails done here a couple times and never walked out satisfied the acrylic nails are terrible. Many people told me that I probably could have done them better myself and I am not a nail technician so save yourself the time and money, go somewhere else! Acrylic nails

The people are really nice. The salon is clean but the service is not up to par. I got a pedicure it took 18 minutes, cost $30.00. I sat under the dryer for 30 minutes when I got home my polish was a smeared mess.

Too expensive for subpar work. I felt very uncomfortable. I was not greeted when walked in but ( I’m sorry to say this but) every Caucasian woman that came in was greeted and spoken to professionally. I was rushed, to pick my color. The lady was not nice or professional. The job was done in a rush. I only went there because I needed my nails done for an important event. My nails were uneven, misshaped and very thick. He was very rough while doing my nails. When I asked the man about the shape of my nails, he told me that it was ok. It was just the dip. I will never go there again.
