Maria and Kira have done an amazing job with my brazillians and underarms! As painless as possible and SUPER fast and very thorough, which I really appreciate, I want every single hair gone and they make it happen. I am so happy with my experience here. I got the opportunity to have Kelsi do my brow lamination. She took her time and was very upbeat and informative. On a side note, I was trying to find a salon that could do the service in a time crunch because I needed it done before I left for Florida the next day. They worked with my schedule and made sure to get me in before I left for my trip. I am very pleased. The receptionist was also very nice and welcoming! I recommend Sassafras Salon to anyone looking for a place to get any eyebrow service done. I’m sure their other services are excellent too that I will eventually look into! As a man, I get my eyebrows waxed once every 3 months or so otherwise they meet on my face and become best friends and this is the only place I trust to do a good job. I think I’ve had my eyebrows waxed by just about every person who works at the salon and every one of them is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The scheduling system is a little different but super convenient once you get the hang of it. This is the only place I’ll go when I need hair ripped from my body.

Was my first time. I had Callie doing my waxing. She was absolutely amazing. Very clean, private. The receptionist was wonderful as well… I will be going back for another. Callie really was great and made me feel super comfortable, was extremely professional. Kept asking if I was doing okay and making sure I wasn’t in any excruciating pain. Waxing itself yea is uncomfortable duh! But super fast and efficient. I like they they initiate conversations as to keep you a little distracted. Price perfectly reasonable. With that being said… THEY ARE PROVIDNG YOU A SERVICE! Do not skimp and not tip! It’s hard for everyone right now but if you can not afford to tip don’t go! (Just want to make it clear I did not witness anyone NOT tipping, but you tip your waitress, your hair stylist, tattoo artist… so tip your waxer!)
