So explain to me. A military barbershop that makes apts for haircuts. And you have the walk ins that have to wait atleast more then 1 hour for one person at time intervals like when did military barbershop do that. And how to make apts is very not explain. They always close way earlier than the sign says. If they want to close at 1700 instead of 1800 like their sign says they should change the hours. If people walk in at 16:50 which is an hour and 10 minutes before close and you turn them away that makes no sense. You take customers until the time your sign says. It would be one thing if it was one time or there was a specific reason for closing early that day but this is all the time.

I had a negative interaction similar to what ma y people have already mentioned. I was turned away 1 hour before closing with 2 workers and 3 people in line. Works spent much of my time there when I went backs a few days later on their phones. They are fully aware that they can’t be fired because no one is getting hired, I know this because the two ladies working today, at 1200, on 06/16/2022 talked and laughed openly about it. I believe everyone should put up a ICE comment on this facility to make a point that these actions are unacceptable. The Soldiers of Fort Irwin deserve better.

Tried getting a haircut two days in a row, and both times I walked in with over an hour before they closed and I was turned away by the same person twice. Why does the sign say open till 1800, when the workers decide they’re off at 1600?

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy husband has tried to get his hair cut numerous times in the last week. The first time they close the shop an hour and a half early, the next time they had like 30 plus numbers between the number they were on the last number and this time my husband was in the hall waiting on his number to be called as there was way to many people inside the barbershop, they were on number 50 and he was number 54, he went in 5 minutes later and they were on number 65. Completely skipped over all those numbers or didn’t bother calling the number in the hallway so everybody could hear and when he told them all they said was sorry, not we will fix it you will be next nothing. They expected him to take another number after sitting there and waiting and then just skipping over his number. This is absurd, so will we have to drive an hour everytime he needs his hair cut because this barbershop can’t be fair or do what’s right? This is the other place he can get his hair cut at close to our home. Barbers have an attitude when they mess up your hair and want them to fix it. One lady rolled her eyes when I told her she forgot to line up the front of my head. Add to it the shop is always understaffed and the barbers have bad attitudes and it’s a recipe for not wanting to never coming back again.

Honestly I really don’t like this barber shop. You can’t make appointments, and there aren’t enough barbers to get you in and out in a decent time. I’ve waited well over an hour to get into the chair and quite frankly, most of the barbers aren’t worth the wait. The staff is polite, but their skills aren’t quite there.
