Really disappointed with how they chose to handle cancelations from their employees. I had a couples massage booked and, one hour before we were scheduled, I received a text message from the massage therapist saying she’s sick (I feel I should have received notice of this sooner, if she knew she was going to cancel). She then informed me that my husband’s was also canceled, even no one had contacted him. I brought that to her attention and, apparently, they were going to have another therapist fill in. When I tried to call Sano, three different times, to try and figure something out, no one answered. The massage therapist who was sick and texting me offered to reschedule but, unfortunately, I was unable to due to our hectic schedules. I dont know how they usually handle cancelations that are their fault, but I am very disappointed with how they handled this one.

Thia is MAGNIFICENT!!! I’ve experienced a variety of disciplines from several therapists and Thia’s multiple disciplinary approach is just what I need. She has the ability to tune in to your body and give it the therapy it needs. I always go in with an open mind and ask her to follow what her instincts are telling her. I am NEVER disappointed and ALWAYS feel much better afterwards. I was so excited for my 90 min massage, but left disappointed. My m.t lightly rubbed all over, she was all over the place. One minute she lightly rubbed my back and the next she was doing my arm. I realize I could’ve said something about the pressure, but it was more the technique that was lacking. Even a relaxing massage should have some structure. It was also freezing in the room, she said she could turn up the table warmer but it didn’t really help much.
