i’ve been coming here for a few months now. at first i loved it because i’d walk in and be taken immediately, without appointment and they’d do my nails well. the last couple times i’ve been here, i made an appointment and still walked in to Shelly helping out other clients and making me wait. I’ve become extremely annoyed and am considering going to a different salon. i’ve been waiting for 30mins when i was promised an appointment an hour ago to come back at 2:30.
