The person who manages this place has the personality of a rock. I went in several years ago to have IPLs done on my arms, face and legs. When I had my arms done I left with blisters that lasted for about 4 weeks. I ended up looking like a zebra as I had stripes left afterwards. I was very disgusted as I used to go to the Bath & Body in St. Louis and never had such issues. I recently returned hoping they replaced the manager with someone new. When I walked up to the front desk there were 2 girls sitting there. I explained what happened so they pulled my file. I asked if I could possibly get a discount because of what happened and was told no. I then asked if the person who did the process was still there and they said yes. I asked where she was and then suddenly she begins to yell from her office stating she did

Absolutely terrible customer service. (Nikki) is very rude and snooty. Talked to me as if I was a child and that I was stupid. Completely unprofessional and I would not recommend if needing specialty treatments. Acts as if she has no time and I always felt rushed and judged. Will never return. My friend also went there for Botox and felt as if she didn’t get the appropriate results she had gotten at her previous spa for the same amount of units. She also won’t be back. Unfortunately, I’ve heard that she has treated lots of clients as she did me, just wish I had known this sooner.

I called for a last minute appointment. They fit me in same day, and were so polite and accommodating! The COVID precautions were appreciated–the opened the door for me, took my temperature and heart rate, wore masks. I felt bad because I was somewhat difficult at 9 months pregnant, but they were amazing. I would recommend to everyone!

I had an AWEFUL experience with this company. I had to reschedule my appointment an hour before my appointment (just a consultation) due to a sick child. Well when the reminder call was made to me about my rescheduled appointment was I was in the middle of something and I asked politely for them to please call me back and that I was in the middle of something. The gal acted like it was a bother to call back and so she quickly said, I’m just calling to remind you of your appointment on Thursday and hung up. Well I thought it was the following Thursday and so I missed my appointment. When I was called about missing my consultation she WAS VERY RUDE and angry that I had made the mistake and angerly told me there would be a 50 dollar fee for missing 3 appointments . I said that I got confused about the date and I had not missed my first appointment. She said that cancelling an hour before an appointment counts as a non show… Really? I had an emergency! I did go there years ago and was NEVER treated like that.. Well they just lost a loyal customer and she seemed to not even care.. So just beware of their untold policies and Lord forbid that you have to reschedule.

I went in for some waxing. They did not do a clean wax with my nose, lip, etc. It was also the most painful wax I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve been waxing for about ten years. Do NOT recommend to anyone.
