So I’m a newbie at anything tattooed. I am so happy I chose Sandy to go to for my eyebrows. She explained everything to me in precise detail from beginning to end, and as she worked on me, she constantly showed me her work to make sure I was % happy. She is a licensed to tattoo artist, super important fact because some people are not and shouldn’t be tattooing anyone. Her shop is immaculately kept and very clean! Did I mention she’s a lovely person? I am super happy and would totally , 10 out of 10, recommend her❣️ I will be going back for other services!

Sandy Mac was fabulous. She called me back when I was concerned. I was reluctant to get microblading… but, alas, menopause took most of my eyebrows. She spent lots of time reassuring me — even calling me back a couple of days later to explain (again) that the color would fade and look more natural. I would recommend her to all my friends! My brows are great!

Terrible experience. This lady (Sandy) is by far the worst person I’ve ever done business with. She is very unprofessional. I went in expecting to pay one price listed in Groupon. ($169) After finished she hit me with $100 more stating it was for the touch up and told me to contact her in 2/3 weeks to come back. I contacted her back set an appointment. Hours before my appointment I had a family emergency causing me to miss the appointment, i contacted her letting her know what happened. She stated in order to make another appointment she’d need my credit card info to charge as the touch up that had already been paid for had been forfeited due to the emergency I had. Her character and the way she handled things were so unprofessional. Be careful giving your hard earned money to some one like this. Clearly money is her only concern. This is not the type of business where making sure the customer is happy and satisfied is a priority. She is money hungry.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMy husband bought microblading for my birthday in December. Went in on the 6th. Minimal amount done stating “we can always add more later”. Was told to come back within a month for the touch up. Tried to schedule the appointment for one month. Sandy was at the beach and unable to make the appointment. She said I would need to pay $50 fee because I couldn’t make a Saturday appointment. Schedule for February 17 (even though she said it would now be $100) Confirmed appt via text. Went to confirm again today and she stated against that she didn’t have my appointment. Sent her screenshots of confirmation. I’ve already requested PTO time from work, my eyebrows are half done. She was unprofessional each time as another customer mentioned below. In addition, my eyebrows are only half done and have to pay someone else when my husband has already paid. I do not mind paying the additional $100, that’s not really the issue (other than I wasn’t told ahead of time).
