I love Sanas Hair Design, specifically Kathleen Leake! She has taken care of me and my three daughters’ hair for years. Her recommendations for styles and highlight colors has been spot on and I’ve received nothing but compliments after visiting her at the salon. My daughters will not go to anyone else but Kathleen. I highly recommend Sanas for their friendliness and professional atmosphere, and make sure to ask for Kathleen.

Critical: ProfessionalismToday we went to Sanas hair design and normally we ask for Suzanne because she’s perfect at what she does but sadly she couldn’t take us today so the only person the receptionist gave us was Vida who apparently does good hairstyles . My daughter wanted to get a simple hair style that was simply a pony tale with a swoop bang at the front since Vida couldn’t do the first hairstyle since we “didn’t provide a picture from the back of the hairstyle “ so my daughter gave her a more simple one which was the ponytail with a bang swoop but Vida gave us so many excuses even though it was literally simple just a pony tail with a swoop she was saying “you need a picture form the BACK!!” AND even hurrying us up and it gave us all anxiety with her attitude . The receptionist did NOT say anything about having a picture of the BACK so we only provides the front picture of the hair style and even if she did as a professional you could simply get the idea of how it’s done and we only provided the hairstyle from google my daughter wanted from the front but Vida LITERALLY had the most bad attitude with my daughter that even my own daughter had to stick up for herself and tell her how much anxiety her attitude was giving her. Vida said things like “you need to hurry up because I have another client after you!!” She said it in such a rude manner . It stressed us all out! I will insert a picture of what my daughter wanted but Vida gave tons of excuses for . I’m not giving this salon a 1 star but I’m giving Vida the 1 star because the salon is perfect but the treatment we had today with her wasn’t. Since we couldn’t tolerate her attitude and how much stress she gave my daughter we got up and my daughter and I did what Vida couldn’t which was so simple but we wanted it professionally done . Today we went to Sanas hair design and normally we ask for Suzanne because she’s perfect at what she does but sadly she couldn’t take us today so the only person the receptionist gave us was Vida who apparently does good hairstyles .
