Had made an appointment it said forth in line. Got there 10 mins. After I made the appointment and watch 5 people go in and get waited on before my granddaughter. I had surgery so I had to let my granddaughter go in by herself. Then I call to let them know what we wanted done shampoo and deep conditioner. The girl said they don’t do deep conditioning. Whatever I just won’t go back there no more. I’ll go to the one on Dorothy Ln. Way better place

(TIP Note: If you say want a inch cut off, add two more inches. ESPECIALLY for curly hair got my bangs cut and they curl about all the way to my roots. And I did ask for it to my lips she cut it to my nose.)

I was a little frightened that my stylist didn’t know how to do an undercut on a classic women’s bob, but was relieved that she asked another stylist to show her– and I was thankful she admitted her lack of knowledge. She ended up doing a fantastic job! I highly recommend!
