Very relaxing experience. Purchased a Groupon and went with my mom. We did the infrared sauna and then the salt cave. I felt so relaxed afterwards and my skin felt soft. I deal with sinus issues and this really helped me. Felt like I spent the day at the spa kind of feeling. Great way to spend a day off work. I would go back and recommend if looking for a different experience.
