It was the best massage I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place! I was not able to breath ( anxiety when I got there ) I can not ever lay on my back sleeping or on my stomach for too long , he successfully helped with all the work he’s done ! I had an amazing massage today with Clever, Clever was wonderful and was able to identify and treat the areas of my body that really needed some deep tissue work. It was the best massage I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place! I discovered Salt & Sweat while searching for an infrared sauna in the fall of 2021. Upon going to my first visit I was pleasantly surprised of the variety of services they provide, the front desk customer service was helpful and patiently explained everything.

Zero stars. Only gave 1 star because I had to. We made 2 appointments for a massage and were never told my card was going to be charged immediately. I was also told we had 24 hours to cancel. I canceled one appointment well within the time frame and I am now told there are no refunds for a canceled appointment only a credit. No one explained this policy when making the appointment only now after the fact. The manger whom I spoke to was very rude and condescending,

I found this place per my doctor/ physical therapist recommendation for the lymph massage and balancer pro. I have now signed up for the membership and regular enjoy the balancer and infrared sauna visit after my workouts . I look forward to give the rest of the services a try.

I went to Salt + Sweat yesterday for the first time and thought the facility was pleasant, clean, and quaint. The front desk associates were friendly and helpful. I did the HigherDose infrared sauna which was great BUT I will warn first time guests about the noise.

Very nice spa and sauna. Very clean and new, with good holiday deals. I have been twice and have been very happy with the experience so far. It’s also in a fantastic shopping center with very nice restaurants.

Salt and Sweat is AMAZING!! The owners are incredible and make you feel at home in their beautifully designed location in the Rye Ridge Shopping Center. The infrared wraps and sauna’s are great for an amazing sweat! Salt room and Massages are also incredible. Highly recommend Salt + Sweat!!

Salt + Sweat offers a multitude of ways to take care of yourself. They offer a nice range of services, a modern aesthetic and the rooms were very clean. Give the salt room a try if you are short on time (or post massage) and would like a 30 minute break from it all to relax or meditate.
