I made an appointment with Bailey for a haircut for my adult special needs daughter. My older daughter brought her to the appointment, and I met them there. I showed Bailey a photo of my daughter with a pixie haircut, which had grown out, and stated that I wanted another pixie cut. I had other errands to run so left, and didn’t see my daughter until about 5 days later. Although Bailey was very sweet to her and took a long time with the cut, it was not what I had asked for or expected. Her haircut looked like someone had put a bowl over her head and cut around it. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst haircut I’ve ever received. Included photos of what I asked for and what I got from JJ. Horrible, choppy layers. Bangs that I didn’t ask for. Too short and uneven to hide with a ponytail or braids, and too thin on the bottom to look decent with a hat. Please take time to look at the reference pictures— which she looked at 3 separate times— compared to my hair. I will also mentioned that because she said she’s “a leftie,” I was turned away from the mirror for the duration of my visit. On top of that, she charged me well over $200 for long highlights, and then proceeded to cut all of my hair off. My total was $322, I got $150 back after returning to the salon and asking for a refund. Walked in with hair in desperate need of a revamp and I was blown away by the transformation JJ gave me. I have not been this happy with a haircut in a very long time. And the vibe in the salon was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. I will be back soon for a brow tint as well!!

She even corrected areas of my hair that the previous stylist (at a different salon) messed up.
