Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityHands down THE BEST salon in NWA! If you need a new hair person, Bryan Smith is who you NEED to go to. (But honestly, all the stylists at this salon are AMAZING) He listens, he cares, he perfects, he puts in overtime just to make all of us clients happy. The first day I met him, he stayed late an hour! He truly goes above & beyond & very well could charge double and I’d rather pay that than go anywhere else. He fixed my hair after I went to another salon about 3 weeks ago that completely ruined it, I’d never left a salon wanting to cry over “just hair” & Bryan made me feel pretty again & my hair feels healthier than it’s ever been after only getting 1/3 of the K18 filler treatments. Bryan is extremely friendly & very talented at what he does. My hair still has a journey to go on before it’s where I want it, but there’s no doubt Bryan will get us there. My boyfriend was also extremely happy with his hair cut. My family will never go anywhere else. They also use the best products on your hair! You’ll never be disappointed. I know this is long, but I’m just obsessed with this salon & everybody needs to visit! The management is top notch and the stylists only do top notch work. Very impressive, honestly. (But honestly, all the stylists at this salon are AMAZING) He listens, he cares, he perfects, he puts in overtime just to make all of us clients happy. I’m proud to say that I get my hair done there and personally have had no bad experiences. Bryan is very professional and is growing by the day. He is like no other individual and will make a lot of effort to make you feel comfortable and heard in the chair. Any opportunity to create a good experience is clearly noticed by not just me but multiple other people who have left reviews.
