Not sure about others but AVOID Ionica!!! Like others mentioned, she is not skilled at all. She cut my hair two times and both of the time it’s a terrible experience. The first time I would say ok maybe there is some communication problem but the same thing happened again today and there will not be a third chance for her. Two sides are not cutting evenly and both of the time I asked her to adjust the length again. I cut my roommates hair during pandemic and I am confident that I cut better than her. Yes she can cut, but you can obviously feel something is wrong. Her hand is shaking and she keeps trying to tell you how bad is your hair by the time you sit in front of her. I had to re trim some area of my hair by myself again after I got home and realize the back of my head’s hair is not evenly cutted because she didn’t show the back through the mirror in store. This location is used to be my favorite location. I like SUE and another Asian guy who used to work here but I will not go again until someone else is working there.
