Critical: QualityWhen I lived here 4.5 years ago, I always came here. They always did such a wonderful job. I just moved back to Providence, and went to get my eyebrows done and it was a horrible experience. Not only did she take one hair out at a time, she was extremely slow so it was very painful. She also didn’t listen to me, made my eyebrows too thin, then when I tried to ask her a couple questions at the end she didn’t understand what I was trying to say. So I left crying.Such a bad experience. I really loved it here and now that I live right down the street. It is more of a hassle to go to another place. But I’m definitely not coming back. When I lived here 4.5 years ago, I always came here. They always did such a wonderful job. I just moved back to Providence, and went to get my eyebrows done and it was a horrible experience. Not only did she take one hair out at a time, she was extremely slow so it was very painful.
