The spray tan I got came out cool and I was NOT orange at all BUT they should REALLY give new commers way more info about WHERE to put the Barrier Lotion before you get in!! My hands & feet look completely DARK!! Can’t get it off! So embarrassing. ☹️ however over all, great color of tan.

So far so good. Very friendly helpful staff. She explained each package and prices and i didnt feel pressed to choose what i didnt need. Plenty of lotions. I bought the one she suggested and i love it. Its a white bronzer and i really like the mildness. I havent had to wait for a bed yet-and everything was squeeky clean. 2 things everyone can appreciate. I wish i would have gotten the girls name so i could mention it.

The owner has yet to call me. My wife canceled her account, she went in and asked that it be cancelled and the employee failed to give her the appropriate paperwork to close the account. 4 months later 160$ and two more potential attempts to charge me 40 bucks a month and I have yet to hear from anyone except the mother of the owner who shouldn’t be handling anyone’s business. This establishment contractually charges people an extra month to squeeze out as much money as they can and poorly trains the staff to act on the wishes of the customer. The employee no longer works for them and the owners mother Barb, says that they can’t be around to hold the hands of their employees to ensure they do the right thing and that they do not give refunds. My experience with this establishment has been nothing short of horrifying and has only shown me that anyone who thinks about cancelling their account needs to be the most certain that the employees give them the cancellation request and files it. Because as barb has indicated, you need to hold their hands so that they will cancel your account and take you for 200 dollars before they do so.

I was a faithful costumer at Sunsations for almost 4 years. Since Palm Beach took over Sunsations it has been a very unpleasant experience. The only reason I stay is the employees that are still there try to make it an easy transition and know my name, and location is good. I really hope PBT brings their standards up.

I have never used the tanning booth prior to this experience and to be honest I am not impressed at all the coverage was not even it was spotty and for $70 I didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth by any means I would not return for their services however the employees were very nice and they were attentive however what they’re selling just didn’t work for me way too expensive
