I feel like myself again! My hair was always thick and healthy until I got sick. Most of it fell out and what’s remaining is thin and dry. Looks aren’t everything but it’s pretty devastating to look in a mirror and not recognize yourself. Plus, it’s pretty hard to feel good when you look so bad. Jen got me all set-up with a Halo hair piece and I couldn’t be more happy with it! I was able to go in and try out a couple of different options before purchasing my own. Once my Halo was delivered (about a week later) she spent a ton of time with me making sure I was all set-up. We went over how to put it in, take it out, style it, and how to take care of it. It’s expensive wherever you buy it from but you at least are confident in your purchase (style, length, color) and properly trained when you go through Salon Rootz. As a side note-these Halo hair pieces defy physics. I thought for sure it would slide around or fly off in the wind but nope! that puppy stays in place. I can literally brush it like my normal hair and it doesn’t move. It’s amazing and it makes me feel amazing! I HIGHLY recommend getting a Halo hair piece through Salon Rootz- if you’re in the market for it.

Danielle is the BEST!! She did super cute gel nails right before my 3 week Italy, Greece, & Turkey…. Fabulous Vacay and my nails remained unchipped and just like new till I recently had a new fresh color done. She is the sweetest and sooo careful and patient as a manicurist and has such fun with adding designs and making her customers happy. Sooo glad to have found her ❤️She’s a Gem

Salon Rootz was great, clean and the stylists were friendly. My stylist Mary was awesome. It was my first time there and I asked for a balayage. Since I usually just do all over color, I wanted something different and fun. She offered something a little more friendly to the pocketbook that would offer a similar result and I love my hair! She was friendly and easy to talk to and made sure I was happy with my result. Will definitely go back!

I love this salon. I moved here last October and decided to give them a try. I had some nano extensions put in and highlights. Beautiful job done by Jen whom has many years of experience and creativity that shines in the job she does. I feel like a new woman and I really needed a change. I would recommend this salon to anyone female or male. Full of professional stylists with many years of experience. They are up to date with all the newest styles. Two thumbs up!!!

My entire experience was terrible. Jen took forever getting back to me just via email. I waited almost two weeks before I started emailing more trying to get a quote for my wedding. She did call me to say she would let me know how the price would work since my wedding is the weekend of Labor Day (mind you, my wedding is not on Labor day, it is the Saturday before). She said she would call me back “in two minutes” to check and see if the Salon would be open that weekend, but never called me back. Finally, I called the salon and told one of the girls there my issues. She told me she would pass my information to the owners, one of whom so happens to be Jen. A day or so later I was called and we made a day for me to come in and talk more about pricing and what it is I am looking for in terms of services. I brought my fiance with me when I went in. We filled out some papers and Jen gave me a rough estimate. The price was DOUBLED since it’s the weekend of Labor Day and the salon would be closed. For 3 hair/makeup services and 1 just hair service I was looking at well over $1,000 and that price was for IN SALON. She told me she would get back to me by that Saturday (I went in on a Thursday) with an actual price. It has now been well over two weeks since then and I still have not heard ANYTHING back from her. After going through all of this with this company, I am no longer worried about getting an actual price from them. There is no way I would ever do business with them regardless of how well any of them can style hair and makeup.

DO NOT COME HERE! The review might be a little long, but stay with me. I used to love this place, I came here all the time. I had an appointment at 5 one day. Went in a couple minutes early and they said it’s going to be a couple minute wait. That’s fine, she was finishing up with someone else and I was early. I didn’t go back until 5:30, so I was a little annoyed since my appointment was supposed to be a half hour ago. I wanted to get the tips of my hair bleached. So she started bleaching the ends, it was going good. But my then I felt the back of my head start heating up, then it became this unbearable burning pain. I was basically screaming in my seat to get this washed out and my lady kept saying “let me finish up first”. So eventually I get everything washed out of my hair. They kept me in the shampoo seat for an hour, just sitting there. They went on to the rest of their appointments, I think they checked up on me all of 2 times, in an hour! Then they put me back in the salon seat, and kept me there, again, while they focused on everyone else, like I was a problem they didn’t want to deal with. I wouldn’t have been annoyed about them taking other appointments but my appointment started a half hour late, and mine appointment was scheduled before the others. So after everyone left, and there was only about a half hour until they closed, they started drying my hair. Then I saw my hair… Then ends of my hair were PINK!! And the ends were so fried and dead, they ruined my hair! My lady said exactly this, “I never make promises on hair, but I promise you the pink will fade within a couple days” My hair was pink for 2 months. And they charged me!!!!!!! I went back the next day because there was still dye in my hair (I got my roots done and they said don’t take a shower). They rinsed it out, and found conditioner left in my hair. And I found out that I got chemically burned, I had second degree burns all over the back of my head. They did absolutely nothing!!!!! They didn’t compensate for burning me, they said they would call me for the best course of action to fix my hair, nothing. AND they wanted me to come back in, get a conditioning treatment and pay for the damage they did to my hair. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE EVER!!!!!!!!!
