I’ve been going to Salon Premiere for facials for the last 6 months and it’s been a very nice experience. The facilities are clean and modern. Irina is nice to talk to, very knowledgable and experienced. I really appreciate the advice she’s given me on how best to take care of my skin. I asked for her expertise and she gave me really good feedback on how my skin was doing and ways I could help it out! Every 5 weeks for at least 6 years I’ve been having my hair cut, styled, colored, and highlighted by Irina. That should tell you how I feel about her work. Often, I’ve come in thinking my hair needs the “full treatment,” and Irina’s talked me out of it! That’s integrity. If she thinks my hair only needs “freshening” she tells me so, and I just get a few foils, instead of a more expensive treatment she doesn’t feel I need.

I saw a Groupon for this salon and decided to try it out Due to bad weather and terrible driving conditions, I arrived 15 minutes late for my end-of-day facial appointment, worried that the salon would already be closed. Fortunately, Irina was graciously waiting for me and still gave me a fantastic facial. Even when she performed the extractions, which is usually an uncomfortable, tear-inducing procedure, the experience was painless and very thorough. Another plus, from my perspective, was that rather than push expensive facial care products, Irina gave me great advice on how to care for my skin using grocery items I already have in my kitchen, like yogurt, honey, and eggs. I came away feeling relaxed, radiant, and looking forward to my next facial with Irina.

I bought a groupon for Salon Premier Facial (60 minutes). I have tried a couple of different places around Minneapolis and can confidently say that this was my worst experience ever! Firstly, I had difficulty in finding the salon itself. After which, the lady at the front desk was really rude and apathetic. It almost felt like she was not in a mood to perform the procedure, even if I had taken an appointment 3 weeks in advance. The most surprising part was she never messaged my face. She kept putting lotions and face packs and kept wiping my face with a warm cloth! I was there for 40 minutes(was promised to get a 60 minute facial treatment) after which she said that the facial is done!

I love this salon. Stylist Irina has been cutting my hair for 3 years. She is nice person. Irina loves what she does and it shows since she takes her time to give you a high quality haircut.My haircut is fantastic.The salon itself is bright and a lot bigger then what you might think from the street.I refferred many people. NOT WALK-IN OR APPOINTMENT FRIENDLY. Got a groupon for a mani pedi as a gift. First walked in and is a very small shop with one barber chair and nail station. Was told to text to make an appointment. Even through text and twice asking to confirm appointment I got no response. Irina, the owner, is the one who gave me the facial. First of all, it seems that she did not change the sheets from the previous customer who had a facial before me. Second, the place was very dark before and after the facial. The most important, is that she did not use any pillow under my neck when doing the facial, and neck massage. As results, went I went home, I was in a lot of pain for almost two days. I could not move my neck; she pinched a nerve in my neck (right side). I could not sleep for two nights due to neck pain.

I enjoy this salon every time I go. I have gotten a large variety of services including: hair cut, hairdo, hair color, manicure, pedicure, facial, and massage; and have been satisfied with each. There is always a variety of appointment times, including later into the evening. It is an easy central location, and plenty of free parking in the back. So, I keep coming back.
