I was searching through reviews because I just moved to the area. I’m so glad I did. I highly recommend Salon Lucero. It’s always scary going someplace new and trust someone with your hair. Cosby Swander did an amazing job with my hair. I have thick curly hair. She took her time, provided her expertise and consulted with me. She made me feel completely comfortable and I’m so happy with the results!

Boyfriend got his hair cut here by a woman from Dundee, and I myself have been meaning to come in, as I hear they cut curls. But I changed my mind when he came home with a very choppy unblended cut on top, a sharp disruption at the crown of his head where the length is not blended at all. Also the 1 colic whorl at the back of his head was cut to a bizarre length leaving it sticking wildly out, and essentially there is no tapering down the sides and back of his head. It looks like it was buzzed all the same length with a guard… with a lot of missed hairs. Less than a week after the cut, the hairs at the nape of his neck were flipping out because they were never tapered more tightly than the rest. Same for the hair around his ears! It wasn’t tapered at all. This strikes as pure haste & laziness.

Critical: ProfessionalismThey were very nasty to e after I missed my appointment. They failed to text me a reminder but claimed they forgot to. Then their Pedicure person sent me a very nasty and degrading text about my “no show”. I’ll NEVER go there again!!!Service: Pedicure
