I was aware of the reviews, but I still gave them a try. Took my daughter there for her 4th birthday and we had a great time! The lady that greeted us was polite and was very patient and friendly as she worked on my daughters toes. My tech (Tiffany) was very kind and sweet. My mother went to see the tech Q and they had a nice conversation I guess the other pics were old because they really had decorated the kids pedicure area. It was beautiful! Will be going back there for mom and daughter weekends❤ They also had some nice cool wine

I usually get my nails done here because it’s quite convenient to my home. I got my nails & toes done in gel French tips. The woman I had rushed me out of my chair to pay after she was done even though I patiently waited through the whole lobby of people. Mind you not I still tipped her $15. I had Apple Pay and my Apple Pay didn’t work exactly with the card reader and I was stuck at that point and the owner was extremely condescending kept saying how Walmart doesn’t accept Apple Pay. A woman gave me cash and I cashapped a stranger and she gave me $140 to pay the salon and I just walked out after that cause it was rude. It felt like she was being racist cause she thought I was going to leave with out paying… also tipped the stranger who helped me $20 so just food for thought mrs mai. Have better customer service. Will not be coming back.

Ummmmm they can do way better, I paid 32 for my daughter to get her nails and toes painted and she sat in there hello Kitty chair. The chairs don’t massage or vibrate and the foot water doesn’t even bubble up. Disappointed

Critical: Professionalism, ValueThe first woman you encounter when you go in the salon is very rude! I had a simple manicure with shellac on my regular nail and She told me it was 40. She will tell you a price MORE than the price on the board they have. When I asked the woman who did my nails what made a simple manicure 40? The woman who checked me in asked what I said to her then caught an attitude and snapped at me for no reason! She then proceeded to mumble under her breath to the customer she was working on and said if I didn’t like the prices then find somewhere else to go??? It was very random and weird and one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I went for the kids pedicure, hello kitty chairs and the fact they had a kids combo. Immediately after getting there i see a lot of warning signs about complaints (makes it seem like they get alot) they had a sign for no cell phone use, i totally get that but i dont ever mess with mine it just sits there while i listen to music or watch a show. The kids pedi mani was great-wonderful personality from the lady doing it, made her first time memorable. I appreciate that. But my lady who did my Dip nails was the complete opposite, she wanted to argue with me about how my nails were done previously. She made an excuse that the glue all over my hands were from my previous nails. I would only come back for the kids pedicures.
