I called to make an appointment and was very clear with what I wanted, specifying my hair color is a bright pink and I want it taken down to a very dark color. they said they could do that and set me up with someone. I come in and sit down just for the guy Dexter they assigned me to tell me he doesn’t want to do his job and treat my hair. Kept saying they don’t have the right products, they don’t carry hair color remover and don’t carry bright colors ( which I didn’t even want, I specifically said I want a dark color?) that it would take too long and that he’s not comfortable doing it. I asked why they assigned me to him if he’s not qualified or not interested in doing his job and asked for someone else which was dismissed saying no one else was available and processed to take the cape back off me and dismiss me from his chair. Literally a huge waste of my time and gas money, please pay more attention to your clients needs and assign someone who can actually attend to them! Very unprofessional and very ridiculous

I paid about $32 dollars for a basic trim the first time I came, and today I paid about the same for a big chop. They did a good job on the hair, but the price is too outrageous. Curly hair, Haircut

Critical: QualityMy girlfriend just got a haircut from one of the guy stylist and is very upset on how it looks. One side is significantly longer than the other and I’m no expert on hair. She showed him the picture of the cut she wanted and he looked quickly and said ok. She said she felt like he rushed through the cut and didn’t take his time and seemed in a mood. I called spoke to the receptionist explained to her the problem and she suggested to return to have him fix it but it’s obvious that he can’t cut hair well. The cost of the cut was $40 too. It would be an awkward experience to return to have him fix the mistake when he would be already upset she is returning. Not only are they very prompt with communication, but also they work hard to make sure you’re happy with your results. They’ve will work with you to make sure you leave with the hair you want, and within your budget as well. I would recommend this salon to any one of my friends.

I got my hair cut and styled here. It was in a nice location and had a nice atmosphere and, for the most part the staff seemed friendly except for my stylist. At the end of my appointment my hair was not cut as short as I had wanted it which is okay but the biggest red flag for me that my hair was flat ironed and styled without any heat protectant in it. This really upset me because that’s a lot of damage on two years of growth and I try to keep my as hair healthy as possible. It also left my hair smelling a bit burnt. All-in-all I just did not feel like the service was very professional or that I got what I paid for.
