Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI have been coming here for 10 years and I have to say, I love how I feel when I leave this salon. Zita does my hair, she is understanding that I need a really early appt, so she meets me at 5am just so I can get my day going. I love how my guys hair cuts are done by Verenice. My son has been getting his hair cut by her since he was a baby. I have been coming here for 10 years and I have to say, I love how I feel when I leave this salon. Zita does my hair, she is understanding that I need a really early appt, so she meets me at 5am just so I can get my day going. I love how my guys hair cuts are done by Verenice. My son has been getting his hair cut by her since he was a baby. She is very patient and gentle with them.

I was recommended by a friend, about 4 years or maybe more. My hair was so damaged from a person who was not paying attention to what they were doing at another salon. We’ll long story short my hair was long but because it was so damaged I had to cut it short, I really don’t like short hair cause mine is curly, the person whom took care of me suggested extensions yes it was pricy but loved the way it looked after a year I had them removed and Cristina trimmed my hair and with treatments my hair now is long and very beautiful. She managed to get my hair to a color I love, she highlights my hair and I go for my touch ups. I love all the girls and will continue going. The service is great and all the girls are very friendly. Cristina is great.

This is a GREAT salon!! Not only is it clean, but their service is amazing! I have been going there since 2009. I literally don’t trust anyone with my hair besides them. They get my blonde absolutely perfect. Not only that , but I’ve literally boxed dyed my hair black, then back to blonde. Came to them looking a mess, and the color correction that was done by them was stunning. 10/10 recommend! You will not be disappointed.

They burned my virgin hair, literally. Decided to go full blonde with highlights, at the end of the process my hair felt stiff & looked green, was told the green color would come off after a few washes.. never did. I had to pay extra at another salon to have it at least repaired a bit. I called the owner of this salon & asked her kindly if i can at least get half of what I payed refunded back & she got upset & told me I should have just came back to get it fixed, I explained to her that I did not feel comfortable with someone else from that salon touching my hair & she just kept giving me excuses of how I was in the wrong. I called her everyday for a week because she simply kept stating “call me back, we’ll resolve this tomorrow I have a client right now to take care of” & never heard from her again. Staff was very nice & welcoming, but I DO NOT recommend going here at all, its been several months now & my hair still feels stiff & burnt.. I do feel like I was taken advantage of. As i can tell from the reviews now, i notice I am not the only person who experienced this situation.

Critical: QualityDO NOT GO THERE❗️❗️❗️❗️I went into the salon because it was recommended to me by a friend . I went a day before my birthday and regret it so much . I ask for gray and black balayage and came out with blonde hair . Nothing to do with the picture I showed her . They charged me $300 for me to come out with a unwanted color. I was there from 4pm to 12:30am yes you read that correct. I kept asking the women it’s okay we can finish the next day . I honestly felt bad that we were there for so long but she said it was fine she usually works this late. My boyfriend even got me and her (LULU) hot chocolate and donuts . Once she finished flat ironing my hair that’s when I saw that my hair was yellow , had different colors, no where did I see gray or black . I told her if she can put gray on top to cover the uneven tone she left . She did it but if I didn’t say anything she wouldn’t have changed it and let me go home like that. On top of that she ask my boyfriend and I if my hair was even . Like OMG !!!!! That just gave me worse anxiety . She did tell me that she can fix it the next day if I don’t like it but my hair was too damaged to do anything else to it and I honestly didn’t trust her with my hair anymore .Services: Haircut, BalayageDO NOT GO THERE❗️❗️❗️❗️I went into the salon because it was recommended to me by a friend . After a while someone finally came up to me and simply told me to wait to see if I could be taken care off. Again I waited and they simply forgot to even come back to let me know whether they can attend me or not. Never again. I walked in to get a Haircut for my son, I was sitting there for some time and was not Acknowledge, I understand it gets busy during the holidays, but they could of at least greeted me. After a while someone finally came up to me and simply told me to wait to see if I could be taken care off. Again I waited and they simply forgot to even come back to let me know whether they can attend me or not. Never again. This was a horrible experience
