Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueYesterday was my first appointment at Salon Fluxx, and all I can say is what a wonderful experience it was! I got my hair cut by Rachel, and she captured the style I wanted EXACTLY. She made me feel so comfortable in the chair. I felt like I was talking to a friend the entire time. I then got my hair colored (for the first time ever) by Kay. She made me feel so pampered and comfortable. She walked me through the entire process and gave me the color that I’ve always wanted. My hair was dry and damaged when I came in, and after Kay gave me a hair treatment I left with the softest hair ever. I literally can’t stop running my fingers through it. Yesterday was my first appointment at Salon Fluxx, and all I can say is what a wonderful experience it was! I got my hair cut by Rachel, and she captured the style I wanted EXACTLY. She made me feel so comfortable in the chair. I felt like I was talking to a friend the entire time. I then got my hair colored (for the first time ever) by Kay. I recently went from blue hair to a burgundy red, both colorings done by Kay (instagram: coulered.by.kay) and absolutely loved the results for both. Even when the exact color is not available she is willing to experiment and put in the extra work to get results. My hair feels healthy and has kept its pattern even after the session. I frequent this salon whenever my scheduling allows, it is a professional and welcoming environment where I feel the stylists are willing to hear what I have to say and work to get me the results I come in for.
