I had an absolutely amazing facial. The esthetician was warm and friendly and we laughed through most of it. My face is so soft and glowing and I will 100% be back to see Luca again. She offered to show me products after but didn’t pressure me and explained why what I was using wasn’t helping me. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the experience was great!

Critical: QualityBEWARE>>. Hair treatment may not come out as you like.. I paid $290 for my keratin treatment. My regular hair stylists were not available. Keratin treatment is not their forte. My hair damaged almost fall off. I am getting my keratin since 2010 and had no issues. The first person mixed products. The second person supposed to correct but he was reading the description to apply keratin treatment. The owner said it is an Italian brand Coppala but I used before and worked. I am a biologist and taught anatomy and physiology but they blame me as if I do not know what I am doing. Even they said maybe I should get my hair done by myself. I had a facial treatment and bought creme that damaged my skin after couple applications. I went to return the un-open product and open one they did not take it. They are organic. Covid etc excuse so said I understand even though it is very unusual for such products without a return policy per regulation even they can be reported with side effects. They are not cheapBEWARE>>. This is the Twins . I have known Tiffany for quiet some time and I never been supper happy with the results she has done for me and my sister. She never disappoints me and tells me exactly how my hair will come out and doesn’t harm my hair. I have always been about the protection of our hair before the look and she is able to provide me with both and I am very thankful to have her as my stylist. I had the most amazing facial and massage once Covid allowed safe reopening of spas. I was hesitant to go anywhere but everything was clean, disinfected, and Doina and Natalia were beyond talented and clearly able to provide an exceptional service even with the new restrictions. Doina’s facial was thorough and went above and beyond. She could explain in detail the product and what my skin needed, leaving my face glowing and fresh. My skin has not looked this good before! She offered suggestions without being pushy which made me more confident she wanted to help and not just sell me stuff. I did buy products and there are as great as her facial-organic, clean and clearly doing their job. Natalia melted away my pain and worries with a great massage! This is my new favorite place and I am now a client for life!

Tiffany is amazing. Amazing! I’ve never been happier or felt more at ease with a stylist. I had been trying out places without sticking with anyone until her, and what started with a promo for keritin led to her doing my hair for my wedding (which came out BEAUTIFUL). When I moved to the west coast I couldn’t find anyone who made me as happy as her, and so whenever I came back to Boston to visit family I made sure to stop by to get my hair cut as well. Hi everyone! Wanted to share a positive experience at Toscana with Stanley. I visited for the first time because I received a Nift for a discounted haircut/partial highlight. Stanley patiently colored and cut my hair, as well as giving tips on how I can thicken my hair (without trying to sell the salon’s products). When he finished blowing out my hair, the cut looked great but I didn’t notice any difference in color. Stanley handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. He offered to add more color (I declined because of time) and only charged for the haircut. I really appreciated how he handled this situation and would definitely return to Toscana.
