On my way to the salon last Saturday, they called and asked me to come in later due to scheduling issues. It might be best to do this prior to your customer leaving their home. When I arrived I was placed with an “Apprentice” who assured me she could handle the task. It took a very long time for her to foil my hair which is short and she foiled the front and top last. After putting me under the dryer for a short time, she said I was finished. I questioned her knowing that my grays are hard to cover and the front was not in long. She assured me it was ready and took it all out. The roots looked exactly the same as when I came in and my hair was still grey above the ears. I didn’t realize how bad it was when I was still at the salon and when I went home and saw it, I reached out to them on their website. It’s been a week and I’ve gotten no response from them. I think it’s great that you give a new stylist an opportunity, however, they should be supervised. I waisted $170 on a cut and color. Even more disappointing is the lack of follow-up by your salon. I paid and had my roots redone yesterday.

This is my third or fourth time getting my hair done by Kat, and as usual I am in love! She is really good at listening to what I want and explaining to me what she thinks is best in regards to my hair and hair health. She always gives good advice, and my hair has never looked or felt better since Kat has been doing it! I will be back soon!

I came in to get my hair color touched up and she would not put highlights in my hair when that was why I came into the salon that day. So since she said my hair was not Capable to highlight it I left the dacula Locatin and started going to the salon in sugar hill and that’s when I met Millie and she colored my hair and made it look perfect so I no longer will go to the dacula location because of this person and will always go see Millie now at the sugar hill location! She was not doing her job that I was paying her for so she still charged me for just looking at my hair and saying nope your hair is awful so she said I had to buy this very Expensive hair condition treatment for her to even touch my hair in future!

I have used this salon before. I had an ok experience the first time. However when scheduling my 2nd appointment I recieved a phone call 5min. before my appointment time (I had just parked) letting me know that the stylist wasn’t able to cut my hair. I understand if a stylist is running late, ok I’ll wait, it happens. However the way this was handled was very poor in terms of timing and the tone of the call. I don’t recommend this salon.
