My wife went in there yesterday to get her hair cut and layered. She showed the girl a picture of layered hair. I walked in and was shocked. She had cut her longer hair almost above her shoulders and there were no layers. My wife had taken her glasses off and didn’t realize what she had done until we got home. She and I are very upset that this stylist took it upon herself to do this. If she didn’t know how to do the cut she should have said so. I guess you get what you pay for.
