I went there as a hair model originally. Since then my hair has never felt better. I loved the way they gave full consultations/hair evaluations. They are not just a regular “cookie cutter” salon. They actually care about your hair and you. I will continue to go back and I will be bringing others with me. Glad I was told about the hair model spot because I’m super impressed. The staff is just AMAZING!!!!!!

I love it here! Mrs. B, Denia, and all the staff are sooooo knowledgeable, so patient, so talented. The salon is super cute, and extremely spacious, and always so clean! You really feel that you and your hair are cared for when you leave. 5 years and counting, I’m so glad group on lead me to y’all.

Beautiful salon with beautiful people. My stylist was patient, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. She took her time talking with me about my goals. The shampoo was very relaxing as was the hydration treatment. My hair has begun to recover from all the damage from doityourself relaxers and bad products. I was greeted, my Groupon was verified for the services to be rendered. There was paper work to be completed before the consultation. The information helps the provider make the correct analysis for your hair. The service and the consultation was excellent. The only drawback was the $30.00 hair cut. I think I’m out of touch with some of today’s pricing. I would recommend visiting for a pleasant experience.

I want to bkb Salon today and the service was absolutely exceptional my favorite part of the whole experience is the level of professionalism that was maintained throughout my visit generally when you go to a salon you hear gossip and nonsense but that was not the case here not to mention I absolutely love my hair. Every customer that walk through the door they knew them by first name and seem to have strong relationships with them, which for me says a lot about the establishment. I will definitely be returning to bkb Salon thanks guys and keep up the great work.
