Chris did my hair and was amazing! Took the time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, make sure it looked perfect from every angle, even went back and added some extra layers when I asked after I had taken off the robe and was about to check out! Not sure where any negative reviews come from, but this place is amazing!

I had my consultation with Chris the owner. I told her my budget was $400.I showed her the picture of the color I wanted, she said that was a healthy budget and that she would use a fashion color. I got to my appointment at 11:30 .she used the teasing method for the highlights. My hair tangles very easily so when the other girl working took out the foils and rinsed my hair she proceeded to brush out my tangled hair and it was hurting my head. I told her I have a tender head and to let me brush my hair she acted like she didn’t hear me and just kept brushing it. After it was brushed Chris came back and applied some dye to my hair which I assumed was the fashion color. The color came out too light nothing close to the color that I wanted so she applied it again. It still did not come out like the color I wanted so she went back mixed a color and came back. She then told me yeah this color will take, this is a fashion color I’m not going to charge you for it. I guess she had forgotten that she had quoted me the $400 to use the fashion color. She had apparently only been using a glaze up until that point. My hair was a little bit past my shoulders she had told me it would take about 4 hours but because of the fact that the color wasn’t showing up because she was using a glaze instead of a fashion color that she had said she was going to use I was there until 6 pm when they closed.The color was still more purple than the color that I wanted but because it was closing time she just seemed to rush through my haircut took about 4 minutes on it and then told me to come back in a few days to get another color wash added so that it can be less purple and more like the color that I wanted. Then when I went to pay they told me it was a cash only payment which nobody had mentioned previously that I had to bring cash so I was grateful that I did have cash. Now I have little tiny flyways all over the top of my head from her teasing my hair and then brushing it all out and now it’s just all torn on the top of my head. Needless to say I didn’t return, and overall the experience wasn’t great.

I believe my stylist was named Melissa and she took the time to make sure the pink was absolutely perfect and added color three separate times to get it saturated precisely how I wanted. The whole staff worked to help each other which was incredibly nice to see. I highly recommend them! Seriously. First time going to this salon and it was fabulous! I believe my stylist was named Melissa and she took the time to make sure the pink was absolutely perfect and added color three separate times to get it saturated precisely how I wanted. I was a little untrusting bc of the state my hair was currently in but once going in for consultation Chris reassured me and I trusted her to try an fix it. I love coming to this salon. The owner is so knowledgeable about everything hair! She even teaches other stylists how to do very rare techniques. My hair looks so amazing!!! And feels great too. It is a very clean and professional atmosphere. Also a great location if you have other errands it is close to many stores. And you can get waxing and facials there as well. Awesome!!!!!!

Usually I go to a barbershop for a haircut but i was recommended to Christina by a friend. I will NEVER go to a barber shop again. Christina and her team did a excellent job and were very attentive and friendly. I especially enjoyed my mimosa and scalp massage at the shampoo bowl. I will be returning soon. Recommend this salon to anyone wanting to Relax and walk out feeling like a million bucks!!!
