Then, Diane cut my hair and it came out so so pretty, and the texture of my hair has never been better! I had the best experience at Salon Atelier!! I first got my hair washed by Mia and her hair wash was so great! Then, Diane cut my hair and it came out so so pretty, and the texture of my hair has never been better! Chris and Diane styled my hair to look amazing and I would absolutely recommend!!! 10/10 experience, I’m definitely going back!

Went for my first appointment with Amanda. She made me feel and look so beautiful after turning my black box dyed hair to a beautiful and healthy blonde balayage. Very loving vibe at the salon and also following great COVID Guidelines. I felt safe and comfortable being there, and highly recommend this place to anyone! I mean, come on Google Review.. “5 stars only”?.. Salon Atelier should be 10 stars!! I am beyond happy with my hair. Went for my first appointment with Amanda. She made me feel and look so beautiful after turning my black box dyed hair to a beautiful and healthy blonde balayage. Very loving vibe at the salon and also following great COVID Guidelines. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was a senior in high school at the time, and my normal stylist (at a different salon) was booked out as it was prom season, but a coworker recommended this salon. I went and showed about 5-6 reference pics, I was a bleached blonde at the time and I wanted my roots to stay the same as they were at the time and then my hair to be dyed a silver grey. I was assured by the lady at the front, and by the hairdresser that she could 100% absolutely do this. I knew it would take awhile as I’ve sat multiple times for colors and bleach so I’m not complaining about the time, but after hours in the chair, my hair came out patchy and not close to grey. I was tearing up and my stylist asked if I liked it, I didn’t verbally answer but nodded. I quietly paid the around $280 bill and left, I was 18, very shy, and not confrontational. My mother helped me call and schedule a redo, and again it was the same thing, it took hours, she had to rebleach my hair, but the worst part is SHE CHARGED ME AGAIN!! It wasn’t the same amount, I think about $75 this time for ‘materials’.However, this time, I was not shy about my dislike for the patchiness and how there was brown blonde and grey in my hair when I just wanted a grey and showed her even more reference images. This was also my first time having to get my hair redone so I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to be charged, but I was charged.Now I was starting to panic because my hair was extremely damaged and it was about 3 days before prom. They had to call the owner of the salon, they had me come right before the salon closed, and just did a bleach blonde with dark roots, and because of the damage they had to cut my hair and do a treatment. That was the 3rd bleach my hair went through in about a week and a half period. It again took hours. The owner did not charge me for this session.My hair is now fine after many treatments but thinking back to the fact that I was never refunded the first expensive bill still upsets me to this day because it felt like I was a kid being taken advantage of. The same stylist still works there. I would not go there ever again, the pictures still make me wince of my poor hair.
