I decided to get my haircut at the last minute and didn’t want to inconvenience my wife and kiddos’ stylist who was off but offered to go into work. I stopped in here as a walk-in and was greeted at the door and brought straight to a chair. The stylist’s name was Paulie and she did an awesome job. I do not care about my hair so I was ZERO help when she asked what I wanted done. Paulie was able to blend my hair so that it looks good with my beard. She also took the time and trimmed my eye brows and everything that needed some attention. My wife liked the hair cut so will definitely go back if I need a place to go

I hate to be this person, but I just got the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten today from this place. I showed the stylist the picture of the haircut I wanted, all I wanted was maybe just one inch off, layers, face framing, and bangs. I basically have NO hair left on my head. It’s uneven on both sides, it’s a lot shorter than what I wanted, the bangs are uneven and way above my eyebrows, and I have layers all the way up to my roots, to the middle of my head, like I have no hair to grab onto! and the face framing just looks like I chopped my hair.I truly do not know how to describe just how bad this haircut is. My hair takes FOREVER to grow, and I just bought a wig to try and hide my hair for the time being. I’m just so embarrassed to go out in public now. I didn’t say anything because my hair was wet so I couldn’t truly see how bad it was before I left. I really don’t know what I’m supposed to do now.

I went in for light pink/coral highlights and left with my entire head looking purple. When I arrived I showed them a reference picture of me from a previous time I had highlights. This picture showed them exactly what I wanted. They ended up putting a color closer to purple in my hair and it covers most of my head when I specifically said I wanted highlights. I also asked if the color would show up on my brown hair to clarify that it wouldn’t be too much and they assured me it wouldn’t, but it still did. I came back the next day explaining the problems and they asked me why I left if it wasn’t what I wanted and that they couldn’t issue any sort of refund but if I could find the time in the next two weeks to come in and get it fixed they could darken it. I am a full-time student and have job. I took my only day off to get this done and they won’t take responsibility to messing up my hair.

That was probably the worst haircut I have ever gotten. I just needed a bang trim since mine had grown out and I wanted a couple inches off the bottom because I had breakage. The lady literally had me in her chair for 2 minutes.
