if i could give 0 stars i would. i specifically told the lady not to thin my hair and she thinned the bottom section with one cut from the top. then i told her i was disappointed and wanted to leave and i had to pay full price for exactly what i didn’t want. she told me i had too much hair and it NEEDED TO be thinned. it’s my hair, i am the client. my hair needs exactly WHAT I say it needs. never ever going here again.

I actually looked at the reviews and booked appointment here but extremely disappointed. They will do the job but dont expect them to do what you showed them as a reference. It will be 200% opposite and you’ll walk out very sad. Plus they’re complaining, did my shampoo and while my hair was wet they said we cant do it it’s too long 🙂

Very nice owner and a good business. Love my hair after Julie worked on it. They had a special going on for $99 but they charged me $120 but it was worth it. I will def go back there and recommend them to family and friends

Not sure why this salon has so many bad reviews, but I personally had a great experience as a first time customer. Tbh, I was a bit worried after reading all the negative reviews on yelp, but after seeing how good my friends keratin treatment came out, I decided to give them a shot. I actually just washed and dried my hair after the three day waiting period, and my hair looks great – super healthy and straight!
