Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI wouldn’t say I’m really easy-to-please especially when it comes to my hair care, but since trying Sara almost 2 years ago now I have not once left dissatisfied. She really takes the time to understand you, your hair goals, and will take the healthiest steps towards giving you what you want. Even prior to your first visit she will speak with you to answer any questions- as her client she will always recommend products to maintain your look. I’ve tried many salons with no understanding of their process or not knowing what they were using, even when I asked! Sara is careful, informative, beyond gentle, and will give you the detail you never knew you needed! I always love how custom my hair looks- it’s never been better. Plus- her salon is clean, welcoming and comfortable. She always makes you feel relaxed and right at home, AND her prices are fair. Can’t say enough good things about Salon 7! I wouldn’t say I’m really easy-to-please especially when it comes to my hair care, but since trying Sara almost 2 years ago now I have not once left dissatisfied. She really takes the time to understand you, your hair goals, and will take the healthiest steps towards giving you what you want. I’ve heard mixed reviews about this place prior to visiting, but silly me decided to give it a chance anyways. Weeks before my Wedding I scheduled an appointment at Salon 7. I was just looking to get a simple romantic updo style done, which I showed to the owner who said it was no problem. Sara told me they did wedding styles all the time and I was in good hands. To start, I showed up on time to my appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes. After washing my hair the owner decided it was best to give my hair a “little trim” which I said I did not want from the beginning. She told me my hair needed it and that it would look horrible in the updo style I wanted if I had so many dead ends. She began to “trim” and 5 minutes later I looked up to see 3 inches of my hair gone. I was almost in tears as she had the never to say “It might not be exactly what you wanted but it’s going to do” I was devastated, my whole day was ruined. Paid $150 too, ridiculously overpriced for the nightmare I was left with. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been coming here for a few years but I am the type that only gets my hair done once, maybe twice a year. So when my elderly friend asked me to schedule her a perm service, I decided to bring her here. It was a long 4 hours as my friend cannot move very fast or well on her own. Sarah, the owner, is incredible! The customer service she provided is second to none. She assisted me with my friend the entire time, helping her stand and walk to the sink and back again. She is so personable and truly wants to make her customers feel 100% comfortable there. The perm also turned out beautiful. I will be going there myself in 2 weeks for high lights. I have been coming here for a few years but I am the type that only gets my hair done once, maybe twice a year. So when my elderly friend asked me to schedule her a perm service, I decided to bring her here. It was a long 4 hours as my friend cannot move very fast or well on her own. Sarah, the owner, is incredible! The customer service she provided is second to none. She assisted me with my friend the entire time, helping her stand and walk to the sink and back again. She makes me my own version of Elsa every few months I go in there.
