I’ll be simple and straight to the point.. I was in there a couple of days ago. The manager, Brittani was my stylist. She was in the midst of some crazy open to close overtime days and still maintained a wonderful energy and spirit. Made my day and the cut was the best as well. My wife I brought our 10 year old son here to get his hair cut. The waiting area was nice, with plenty seats and sports games playing on a large TV vs the typical magazines with only a few seats you see in the waiting area of most competitors. The game on the TV was the University of Oregon men’s basketball game, and my son enjoyed watching it quite a bit. Once we signed in, we didn’t have to wait too long. They were ready to cut his hair quickly, and the hair cut itself was quick and exactly what he wanted. Most importantly, unlike some of their competitors their hours are consistent. Every week, the hours are going to be the same for the various days of the week. We didn’t have to worry about it one day they’re closing early without warning. They were still open until 8 p.m., just like they always were. This is huge since it makes it easier to plan to come in for a haircut. We’d have no problems coming here again. We we’re quite happy with the service, the waiting area and the consistent business hours.

Sorry this is the last time I go to your stores and here’s the issue. THERE NEVER LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER……..They write done how you would like you hair cut the first time you come however, they never cut it that way they do it the way they want it happens every time I have been there. I even draw an picture of how I wanted it done and brought it in and they still could get it. The girls are having to much fun talking to other people laughing and having fun, that’s OK but, that just means you get what they will do to you. I don’t mind the long waits if it is worth it but, for this store it’s not at all. I had to put ONE STAR on it or it this would post if I could I would put a big fat O…..

At first I was not happy I went there. 3 workers, no customers. I asked for a quick trim. They wanted to ask me WAY too many questions. I said I don’t want to give my life history to you, I just want a trim. The woman had to excuse herself and get a supervisor. The supervisor started with the questions. I paused , then asked if my request is beyond their limits.

Called at 7:05 p.m. to all if they cut facial hair. And response was no which was understandable. Although, I called 5 minutes later and they pushed the calls to answering machine. Hours of operation were till 8 p.m. Did not bother to go the next day for the hair cuts. My husband and 5 boys needed hair cuts that week.
