Place was a little confusing to get to, but don’t let that deter you! My stylist was Dee and she was amazing. I don’t like getting my hair cut and my hair was to my waist. Also, I have a sensitive head. Dee was AMAZING at listening to what I wanted and it cost wayyy less than I expected! I got my hair cut about 7″. Definitely worth going here and seeing Dee!

I have been coming to Salon 521 for over a year and I have to say that bar none, this is the best salon I have ever been too (I’m 52)! My stylist is Kristine Martinez and her attention to detail is amazing and she gives fantastic head massages (which are standard, unlike most places) and does the best eyebrow waxing and hair color that I’ve ever had! Everyone at Salon 521 is so friendly and they welcome you like family…no being ignored or made to feel like you are a bother with this wonderful group! From Bethy, the owner, to Debbie, who greats you with a wide smile and a great cup of coffee, the entire group is just first rate! They do outstanding updos too (Thank you Bethy and Raegan!) and even travelled over an hour to my daughter’s wedding venue! My daughter is so hooked on them that she drives in from Charleston, SC! This is a fantastic salon staffed by the very best people!

I just had the best visit, Trinity is the best stylist I’ve ever went to and the experience was amazing, you feel like more than just a client! Salon 521 is great!! I have thin, fine hair and am petrified to try new hair places but after moving here, I had no choice… I found Salon 521 through my daughter and have no more fear! Bethy and Sara are awesome hair stylists and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to try someone new. They listen to what you want and they do exactly that. The hairstylist was a sweetheart and she listens and does her best but the company she works for chooses to charge more than their services are on the website. So not only do you pay for the service but you pay for their product. How much they use if they have to use a toner if they have to blow dry to check to see if their color turned out OK. I am a hairstylist I had my own salon. It has nothing to do with the money. I make good money. I do not do hair any more. The fact is hairstylist go to cosmoprof get better prices than the public, 32 oz container of bleach cost them less than $40 but they want to charge for more product get real. Is charge it all in the same price so people know how much they’re paying for a service and it’s not surprised when they get to the cash register or or lose business. Cause you just lost 3 customers today.. It is not the client’s job to pay for someone to have to blow dry their hair to check to see if they colored it well enough nor is it the client’s job to take a level 8 or 9 hair to lighter and hairstylist has to tone it Because they didn’t use the correct base and then be charged for the product. My hairstylist was great is there company’s rules quit being so tight either charge the correct price or stop false advertisement
