I went into the salon with my hair just a mess; faded, brassy, splotchy, etc. Jill did a great job at evening it out and bringing the brightness back. My hair still has some orange tones, splotches, etc because it was just that bad. Jill immediately scheduled me another appt for next week to fix it and said she wouldn’t be charging me full price! I am so pleased with my first visit to Salon 1020 and with Jill!

All because of the Covid-19 crisis I had to wait a week to get into get a hair cut, but the wait was worth it!! They did a great job and the hair cutter was very pleasant and skilled. I will be going back and the cutter was very skilled. She did an excellent job!!!

This has been my go to salon since it opened! I have since gotten a fulltime job in Albany, and I travel to Ogdensburg to get my hair done here by Sarah. They are THAT good here! The prices and quality rival anything you would get in a major city!! And I love Sarah!!
