The services I have received have been wonderful! The massages and facials have both been very relaxing. Each therapist I have seen is knowledgeable and professional. The front desk staff is welcoming and makes sure your experience is the best it can be. The linens they use are very high-end. I am impressed with their services! Highly recommend.

Y’all I literally just had the BEST MASSAGE EVER‼️ This was my first time at Rest and let me tell u, the atmosphere is truly peaceful. From the smell to the music and the service. Just WONDERFUL!!! Trevor did an absolutely amazing job. His hands are like magic. My back pain isn’t there anymore and even though he says he doesn’t work on feet much, much foot pain is now non-existant. I will most definietly be back. I HIGHLY recommend Rest Wellness Center

I’ve been pretty stressed out lately, and was in need of a treat. After doing a little thinking about what I wanted to do to chill my jets, I decided to go and get a spa facial. I normally go to the Texas College of Cosmetology because I’m all about helping people learn and hone their craft, buuuut this time… this time I wanted to be utterly spoiled and I remembered seeing my friend posting about this place being open on her Facebook. I decided to book an appointment with Laci Sherrod, and waited for Saturday morning to arrive with the giddiness of a bunch of kittens whose crazy cat lady is supposed to show up with a new flavor of tuna.

This is what Abilene has been needing for a very long time. Float tanks, infrared sauna, O-Zone therapy ($125) and massages! All natural, no extra or added chemicals. Great gift idea for all! Very impressive!

Top notch wellness center!! I did the ozone treatment focusing on immune health and it was fantastic. The ambiance is top notch. Their supplements are well sourced and trust worthy brands. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful. I even got to see April, the owner who I’ve known since college. Abilene is lucky to have a place like this!! I can’t wait until my next visit.

I went for their float tank. It was a very clean, nice place. The front desk lady answered all of my questions and was very hospitable. They provided earplugs and it was spacious. This is not a total sensory deprivation experience as I had unfortunately assumed all float tanks were. It was a wonderfully relaxing experience nonetheless.
