I’ve been here a few times and the massages are great. After my massage tonight, I handed the woman a tip and she said “20%” and then pulled a calculator out to show what a 20% tip would be. (Any tip I’ve ever given was always appreciated and thanked.) Last time I checked, tips are extra and not required, certainly not a specific amount. I went to leave and she then walked over to take the cash. This ruined the experience and I’m very hesitant to come back. I’ve never been treated this way and certainly didn’t expect it after previous good experiences here.
