Jackie recommended me to transitioned from gel polish to acrylic overlay on my natural nails to strengthen my thin nails and it’s helped prevent my nails from cracking. I’ve had a few different manicurist on my monthly visits over the past year and had great results from Bi, Happy (Vui), and Michelle.

Honestly a horrible experience. I came here for the first time with my little cousin who had great things to say about the place. I got my usual dip nails and noticed they only did 2 coats and I still paid $50 for my set. I was happy with how they looked but they started chipping literally within a few days. This is absolutely unacceptable for a $50 job. Usually my dip nails last for 2-4 weeks. I was hoping to atleast have nice nails through Christmas and new years.

Polished is my favorite neighborhood salon for my pedi’s. I’ve been a customer since they opened so this review is long overdue. Jackie is a sweetheart and is so awesome with her staff and clients. The staff is always welcoming, helpful and so hard working. The salon is clean and ‘polished’ and they sell some hair care products too- Joico, Olaplex to name a couple.

I have been to Polished a few times in the last few months and I always love when Michelle does my nails. I’m a nail biter and not used to length and she was able to accommodate for that. Now that they’ve grown out a bit I was able to do some different designs and I already can’t wait to go to San Jose to get my nails done with her again!

This is the second time coming here . My daughter and myself came in August in need of a new nail salon. They are great Michelle the nail tech did an amazing job both times with my nails .I’m a happy camper I found my new nail tech Michelle she’s amazing would totally recommend her . Pedicure was relaxing, loved that it was a quite place and there was no loud music/tv/talking. Would have liked a little more foot massage with gel pedicure. They are cash only. Nail color wise have been happy every time.

A mediocre experience at best with enough questionable practices that I won’t be returning. I came in for an acrylic removal and it took over an hour with 5 separate people working on my hands at different points. Even though I made an appointment, it was clear they had no plans for me and I wasn’t a priority as I had a simple, inexpensive service. I didn’t mind changing chairs or having someone different start my nails, but switching so often and between so many techs was ridiculous. Some clearly knew what they were doing but 2/5 tried to rip off my nails with clippers or by sliding another nail underneath. The fact that only 1 person used new, clean tools with everyone else grabbing tools from a box labeled soiled was the biggest sign I won’t come back. I’ll give this place two stars as it seems to depend on who does your nails, but as a business and with their overall practices I’d never go back.

I love Polished so so much! I come here for manicures and pedicures and the technicians always do an amazing job. Jackie does my hair as well and it looks great/feels healthy every time. I highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the Evergreen area!!

Went to this salon a couple of times, first time I went I liked how they did my shellac. I also got a hair trim that day. It took me a while to explain that I wanted a blunt simple trim because my pervious hairstyle was longer on one side, I was a bit nervous, but towards the end the lady cutting my hair finally figured out that I wanted it straightened out. Second and third time I went, my nails were fine, I did dip in. First set was very thick and when I asked to thin it out a little bit I felt very awkward – as if I was asking too much. Second and third time I got dip in, I wasn’t very comfortable with how she did the file job, felt like a couple were very unevenly filed. I think their customer care is great and all the ladies are very nice! Love the ambiance of the place but do feel like the the actual nail part is slightly under delivered.
