First step in the door I felt at ease, I didn’t have to sign in on an iPad, give my number or anything like that. I sat down, waited 4 minutes, got my hair cut, paid and left. This place is very comfortable and quick. If you’re like me and don’t like going to new places because they aren’t welcoming, don’t worry this place isn’t like those. First step in the door I felt at ease, I didn’t have to sign in on an iPad, give my number or anything like that. I sat down, waited 4 minutes, got my hair cut, paid and left. This is the most vile, unsanitary, and disgusting place I have ever gotten a haircut from. If I could give a zero star, I totally would. The moment she (the owner) got through cutting this gentleman’s hair, she didn’t even bother sweeping up that area and asked me to come have a sit. Without thinking too much about it, I sat down. Then she went ahead and put on the same cover on me that she used on the gentleman before me, completely covered in his gray hair. I was really disgusted and asked her if she literally just used the same cover she used on someone else, she said yes. I told her to immediately remove it off me; she seemed irritated and took it off of me and put another one. I should have just stood up and left at that point, but I stayed. OMG, big mistake. The machine she started using on me was the same machine she used on the gentleman before me. She didn’t even bother to clean it whatsoever. As she proceeded to cut my hair, his hair residue from the machine, comb, and scissors was falling all over the cover. My hair is jet black, but the cover was filled with black and gray hair. So absolutely gross. I couldn’t at that point just stand up and leave since I was in the midst of it. I was thinking the entire time why should the customer have to babysit the barber in doing their job correctly. This is beyond unprofessional and is a health code violation. If I catch an infection of any sort, I’ll take her to court. I have already reported to BBB.

I did a walk in today for the first time and Lisa did a magnificent job of repairing my bad haircut I had inflicted on myself. I will definitely be going back in and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
