first 3-4 times at this nail salon were great, I thought they could be my new nail home (was driving over 30 min every 2 weeks for years to my favorite place in Naples because I’m very loyal to who I like) … coming in at 9:30 right after the open, when arriving there was no greeting and after sitting for 5 minutes with only 1 other person waiting I was told if I don’t have an appointment that I should look somewhere else for they cannot take me at all…. Never have I been told by a nail salon to go somewhere else for business. Was not offered to make an appointment for later, another day or to come back at a better time, just was told to go somewhere else. Considering I work in the beauty industry, have helped open & managed a nail studio, I am very understanding. I truly have never had an issue like this before … Bad taste in my mouth from this and don’t worry, I WILL be finding a new nail home from this. Thank you for showing your true colors Nail Chic. Also not many colors to chose from very limited options so probably for the best.

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueTwo areas in shop appeared that an employee mopped the main floor but left a pile of dead insects in 2 corners which was quite upsetting to see since many reviews state clean facility. Had the upgraded spa pedicure and manicure and done in less then 35 minutes. I asked why the leg massage wasn’t longer and told the guy does it his way-short deep tissue massage. The next morning awoke with 2 large bruises on right leg and one on left calf. Will never support this business again-the owner said sorry before I left the shop when I expressed my concerns. Two areas in shop appeared that an employee mopped the main floor but left a pile of dead insects in 2 corners which was quite upsetting to see since many reviews state clean facility. I called in and requested for 2 manicures and 2 pedicures. Once we were there I asked them if they could have us done within an hour. They confirmed that they could, so we stayed. They rushed my dip nails and didn’t even put on the usual amount of layers. Within a week of having them done, they have chipped and pealed. They were running behind and other people left because of the wait, so they were frustrated with us. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had, no doubt.
