I had the best experience having permanent makeup done with Sadaf. She explained everything so well and took time to find the right color for me. I had my lips done by her and it was completely pain free. They look great!! I would recommend her to anyone. I drove 3 hrs to see her. You will not be disappointed.

Sadaf was a horrible experience, unfortunately it will affect Shandora because she is part of your spa. It took me 2 month to reach Sadaf to schedule an appointment after I purchased it from groupon. I had to go to Shandora in person at least 5 times since she never answer calls or texts. Finally she called back and scheduled an appointment.the results for my eyebrows tattoo was not satisfied and of course I took another appointment for touch up. In the day of the touch up appointment, she texted me that she won’t be able to come after I had a day off from my work and found a babysitter for my baby. The journey for scheduling another appointment started again! Tried tens of calls and texts and had to go there in person to find her, but she never responds. I called Shandora one last time and told them to let her know that I’m waiting for her to schedule an appointment for me and if she didn’t I will write a bad review about Shandora. She called me right away and she was so rude! She yelled at me and said” why do call Shandora? They have nothing to do with me.” I told her I tried to reach you hundred time but you never respond! She said ” you are the one who never answer your phone” of course that was a LIE. Anyway we scheduled another appointment. I took another day off and hired a baby sitter for my baby, I went there and there was another customer waiting for her in the same time like mine. When she came, she ignored me a took the other custome. I told her that I have an appointment now, she said that I’m not in her agenda and she will not do any service for me. I had to call 911 for her since we couldn’t communicate with all the lies she says. Unprofessional business maker and disappointed results. Won’t recommend Sadaf for anyone.

Bought this threw Groupon and everything turned out great. My 6 week touch up was today and I love it. Seen some reviews on here about scheduling and stuff like that. I had a similar issue but not like that. Just keep in mind Sadaf is a very busy women with a family and works her own schedule! I would recommend this to friends.

I had my eyebrows done by Sadat and they look horrible. Not only do they look bad but I didn’t appreciate that she told me repeatedly how wrinkled my face was and that was why she did such a bad job. If shw thought I was to wrinkled, ( which by the way I’m not), then she should have told me before she even started. Very Unprofessional!

Extremely unprofessional and am so SO GLAD i refunded my Groupon in time! There’s a reason she’s doing it for this cheap. She has a Groupon out and then says she’s out of the country and can’t see you a week before the Groupon expires! Super unprofessional and rude in emails. Wouldn’t want them to do a chemical peel for fear of them taking out their problems on clients!
