Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe hairstylist here are anything but professionals. I took my grandmother and they totally ruined her hair. They were too busy doing other things and at the end, they hurried and ended up in a bad result. They didn’t even bother to style the hair after the haircut. Went in asking for a blunt straight haircut and instead got a rounded cut. I asked the lady cutting my hair if she could fix it and all hell broke loose. Angelica was so rude and started to raise her voice at me and point her brush in my face letting me know how wrong I was and that I didn’t know what I was talking about. (All while other customers are walking in and sitting in the waiting area) Disgusting customer service and her work is a reflection of that.
