S2G Medical spa is the only place I would ever go for these types of services. They have an impeccably clean facility that is very calming when going in for work like this. The staff is educated and very friendly. I have had multiple services done including: PRF under eye, laser hair removal, chemical peels, dysport, B-12 injections, micro needling, IV therapy, under eye filler and smooth threads. The nurse that did all of my work was Holly. She took the time to go into every detail about each service and answer all of my questions (I had a lot, especially about threads and she was very patient with me. I have anxiety about this stuff but she was able to keep me calm). Everything turned out amazing and she did such great work that I have become a regular client of Holly’s. I won’t let anyone else touch my face. If you’re iffy about where to go for these services, I HIGHLY recommend S2G

I did the kybella they said it would remove fat from under the chin and that I only needed two treatments, I wish I could have had the owner to inject minds, and then she asked me to 1,300.00 hundred dollars for one more treatment. I wish the owner could offer to finish my second kybella treatments I payed for two and should have received two,I told them I could only afford two treatments.please help I want be happy like those other reviews I read,don’t misunderstand me I really felt the first treatment but I did not receive the second treatment it was like It was water or something I didn’t feel that acid burn like the first time and my chin isn’t flat like she said it be. Please offer something I want under my chin finished please. During the consultation you said I would only need two treatments for a flat under chin or I wouldn’t have done it at all thank you

I highly recommend S2G Medical Spa. I have seen Nurse HOLLY RN a few times and she is always wonderful! She has done PDO Threads on me. She was very professional and friendly. She has done a few things on me and I have never been disappointed. I will continue to see her. Everyone at S2G is always friendly and treats you like family.

I would not recommend S2G. I initially went there for PDO threads under my eyes. Nurse Holly was the one the performed this service. I developed a dimple under my eye and went back to discuss the issue. Nurse Holly advised me that some people may have to have the threads put in twice. She did however charge me again for the service. The dimple did not go away even after the second PDO threading. I went to another cosmetic spa to find out what had happened. According to them, the PDO thread broke and that was what was causing the dimple. This new facility put in a filler to partially correct the situation until the thread works itself out from under my eye. I would have thought that Nurse Holly would have known that instead of encouraging me to have the PDO threads done a second time. I would never recommend S2G to perform this service. I suggest you do your research. I am extremely disappointed in their service and the lack of information that was provided.
