The staff is always pleasant, I never have an issue with them however this is the second time I have gotten shellac and it peeled within a week. The first time I thought it was just an accident but now idk. I always get shellac and they never peel when i go to my other salon of choice. shellac is too expensive to be peeling like this and so soon.

I’ve been here 3 times and only once have I been happy with my full set, gel polished nails. I came back because I’m thinking it’s probably a slow Tuesday evening and the techs might have the patience and time to not cut corners. I hesitantly told the tech what I didn’t want. When I explained what I did want, her attitude changed. I wanted my cuticles to look clean & didn’t mind the extra $5. She looked very miserable and annoyed the entire time after that. I hate the shape of my nails so much I contemplated having her remove them instead. But i didn’t want to be in there any more time than I already was.

I have never gone by myself to get my nails done and had no idea there were so many options so I was very intimidated at first. They made it easy and double checked with me to make sure it was what I wanted. My nail technician did an amazing job and worked around the fact that my fingers don’t really bend the way they should (my hands are extremely stiff). It was all together a great experience and I think I may bring my children soon to check out their kids services as well.

My experience at this place was okay but it could be better. I am happy with how many nails and toes came out but I felt like the worker Tina was not that great because she would talk a lot with her coworkers and regular customers that came in while working on my nails. There were few occasions where she stopped working on my nails to look at a phone her coworker was showing her something, to talk to somebody, and to go to the back room. My appointment was at 4 pm and I did not leave till like 6:30 pm which is unacceptable because so much time was wasted on her doing other things which she should be focused on doing my nails and getting the job in a timely manner instead of socializing with others.

I’ve been here multiple times to get a full set and pedicures. I love coming to this spot because they have always been friendly, the complementary margaritas, and overall I’ve always been very satisfied with their work. Anytime I treat someone to a pedicure I make sure to bring them here. It’s very relaxing and they always manage to accommodate us together no matter how busy they are.
