Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI have been a loyal customer, they used to provide the best service ever, I have known John for a long time. I have been a loyal customer, they used to provide the best service ever, I have known John for a long time. However, sadly I must say I will never give him another chance, my nails look like something out of Star Wars angled and thick. I asked him repeatedly for her not to do my nails. Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, Valuewill never go back . the owner John was very friendly always is. But the man who does toes wasn’t listening to anything I said . I wanted regular polish and he tried to convince me to get gel and tried to actually put it on my toes until I caught him when he was opening it and was going to make me pay for something I didn’t want! Then he said that I already had gel polish on my toes which was a lie and it was just regular polish , and he tried to charge a extra $5 for the supposedly gel polish that I had on . And he asked me if I wanted him to cut my toes i specifically told him no because my mom always says when she goes there they used to cut her toes down very short . And he did it anyways !!!! and on top of that they have roaches . My sister saw one in the chair and I saw them crawling on the chair !!!! the whole thing was just a bad experience that I never want to experience againwill never go back . the owner John was very friendly always is.
