I followed my stylist here a few years ago. When she left, I stayed and found a new stylist at the salon. I’ve always had amazing haircuts and color. However, over the past year prices have become outrageous. And the other day when I tried to book an appointment, they were booking three weeks out, four weeks out if I needed an afternoon appointment. The final straw was when they told me they needed a $100 deposit to hold my appointment. I was was willing to put up with valet only parking, higher prices, and waiting four weeks for a haircut, but I refuse to give them a $100 deposit after spending $3000-$5000 over the past few years, tipping well, and never cancelling an appointment. I went back to my old salon and got an afternoon appointment for next week with someone who comes highly recommended. And it’s cheaper.

Ryan M is the place to go in Scottsdale! Ryan is a true magician and really takes his time with every client. He asked what was my dream hair was and wow it was far beyond what I could have imagined. It’s hard to get the right shade of brown, but he nails it every time! Hair is not just hair at Ryan M. Check out the salon as it is stunning and everyone from Andrea at the front to Cadu his assistant is truly amazing!

I was suppose to get my haircut tonight at 6:30 pm, when I got there, the incompetent receptionists told me my stylist no longer worked there and has been gone for a week but no one called me. These worthless receptionists told me to call my stylist and gave me her cell, they didn’t offer me another stylist or a solution. I’ve never liked the vibe in this salon. I think Kim and Ryan are terrible salon owners and I don’t think they treat their employees very well. One good thing I never have to go back to Ryan M’s again! This salon feels like it has bad karma and evil all over it. Not a friendly environment at all. I highly recommend you find one of the other fine salons in Scottsdale!
