Critical: Quality, ValueMy sister and I made appointments there, they did not mention that there was a $3 fee for not bringing cash. The woman refused to wet my hair and insisted I have to pay $15 if I want my hair wet so my haircut was $35. She looked at the pictures I brought, shampooed my hair, started CUTTING it, and THEN starts to complain for 5 minutes about how she doesn’t know how to do an angled bob. Why would you start cutting if you don’t know how to do it?? I was very specific about wanting layers, she did not put layers on the sides just the back. She kept putting off doing anything to the sides while she kept scrunching up the back saying she wanted to make sure i liked the length of the back. Once she finally showed me the back and I said that the back was an ok length she was done. I said what about the sides?? There are no layers. But she was done. She went over to the register and started ringing it up and I’m still sitting in the chair going ” what about the sides??” But she was done. It is not at all what I asked for or wanted. My sister and I made appointments there, they did not mention that there was a $3 fee for not bringing cash. The woman refused to wet my hair and insisted I have to pay $15 if I want my hair wet so my haircut was $35.
