Critical: ProfessionalismScheduled an appointment online. Received a confirmation online with date and time. Showed up and was told that there was no appointment available online or in the book. Showed confirmation and was told they have been having issues with online appointments. In fact they had a 2:30 appointment scheduled all week. I was promtly told she JUST works there! So if the online system doesn’t work why you keep it or least fix it? And as a customer service manager I train my employees to work out a solution not blame the company they work for. That is a sign of a very disloyal employee. So sad because we have been using this salon for 10 years. My son has a particular stylist he likes and it is unfortunate that a this stylist handled the situation this way. I would highly recommend that the management of the salon figure out what is happening with your online scheduling. Very unprofessional- I watched three people get turned down for a haircut while waiting for my 8 year old to get her haircut. The stylist insisted they were far too busy. We were the only people in the waiting area. This isn’t exactly the place you make an appointment for in my opinion. This salon works well for dropping in, I think most people are ok with waiting 20 minutes.
