Critical: QualitySo I made an appointment with Kayla over fb. I told her I wanted all acrylic nails and sent her the pic below. She told me she could do it over messenger. When I got there I found out that acrylic wasn’t her strong suit. And that she would be using polish over clear acrylic. I wasn’t very happy about it but I figured they would come out looking good. I was wrong, I was there for over 2 hours, my nails are super thick, uneven, a mess and cracking. They are also already lifting and it’s not even the day after. Never In my life have I had to go home and do so much filling just to get them to look half way decent. I paid her $85 and I have to say that I’m so disappointed that I did. I didn’t say anything while I was there cuz I felt bad but she shouldn’t have told me she could do something she couldn’t! I made an appointment at 2pm with Gabby. Same day.. I walked in at 2:02 and no one was the front so I sat for few min .. then I found someone at 2:05 and she called Gabby to see where she is .. Gabby’s response was “you weren’t here so I left and I am across town so I am not coming back ”
